Most suicides involve planning and preparation, and don't happen on the spur of the moment. There are warning signs which can give you clues about what you may be heading for or what someone may be planning to do. These signs are not things that just linked to suicide, they may be about something else going on, but obviously it is worth exploring just in case. |
